WMSDiag and its affiliates, partner companies, employees, managers and directors (collectively, “WMSDiag”) provide this website to you, subject to these terms of use (“Terms”). The Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and WMSDiag and govern all use of this website, including all content, information, analysis output and services provided on the website. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also acknowledge and agree that WMSDiag may modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, and that all modifications are effective immediately upon posting on the website, with or without notice to you. Each time you access this website, you agree to review these Terms and to be bound by the Terms then in effect. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website.

The service

WMSDiag accepts diagnostic files that you upload — including WMS trace files, support bundles, execution plans and Query Store exports — and returns an automated analysis of their contents. All analysis is for information and operational-diagnostic purposes only. Nothing produced by the website is professional, engineering, legal, or other advice, and nothing produced by the website is a recommendation to make, or not make, any change to any system.

WMSDiag does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, correctness, sequence, or timeliness of any analysis output or other content, and does not warrant that the website is secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. Diagnostic findings must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified person before any change is made to any system in reliance on them.

Your responsibilities for uploaded data

You are solely responsible for every file and all information you submit to the website and for its contents. By submitting a file you represent and warrant that:

• you have the full right and all necessary authority, permissions and consents to submit it and to have it processed by WMSDiag;
• where the file, or any data in it, belongs to or concerns a third party (including any organisation whose systems you administer or host), you are authorised by that third party to submit it and to have it processed on that third party's behalf;
• the file does not contain material you are barred from transmitting by any law, contract, or fiduciary or confidentiality obligation;
• the file does not contain software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.

WMSDiag has no obligation to review the lawfulness or propriety of any file you submit and bears no responsibility for it.

Acceptable use

By accessing, browsing, or using this website you agree that you will not:

• use the website, its content, or its services in any manner contrary to or in violation of any applicable international, national, provincial or local law, rule or regulation;
• use the website in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair it, or any servers, networks or systems connected to or used for it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, any account, or any computer system or network connected to it, by password mining, hacking, or any other means;
• seek to access any material or information not intentionally made available to you;
• decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software, product or process available through the website;

Website availability

While WMSDiag aims to keep the website available, it will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the website may be suspended or withdrawn, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

WMSDiag reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for any violation of these Terms, including blocking access from a particular address.
